RETURN POLICY

All in-store sales are final. However, if there should be a problem with the furniture purchased at the time of its delivery, the buyer can return or reship the product in its original condition and packaging. Note that costs related to shipping the product are the responsibility of the customer. A product experiencing a defect will be repaired, replaced or credited. No refunds will be given, in accordance with Meubles Loren’s refund policy.

Deadlines granted in the event of a complaint

You have 48 hours following delivery to report material damage to the merchandise. Simply take a photo of your invoice as well as the breakage, taking care to put a coin next to the imperfection, so that we can assess the size of the defect.
